Kim D. Southworth, CEO, Director Mr. Southworth has more than 37 years in the corporate world, holding key roles in management, administration and corporate finance. He is the founder and senior partner of Advanced Business Strategies, a venture catalyst firm assisting early stage, high growth technology companies in the development, expansion, and execution of their business plans. He has served as founder, president, CEO and consultant for numerous companies and industries, including oil & gas, biotech, instore digital music and advertising, ballistic armor and fuel treatment technologies. At Cyber Enviro-Tech, Mr. Southworth leads the strategic business development plan and execution, corporate capitalization, investment structuring, strategic partnership and joint venture relationships, corporate filings, public auditing procedures, SEC and FINRA regulatory filing requirements, mergers and acquisitions.
TJ Agardy, President – Mr. Agardy has over 40 years of engineering and sales experience. He led American PetroChem international trades as Director. During his tenure there he managed relationships with Elf, Esso, Royal Dutch, Vasso, Sunoco, Arco, Marathon, Crown, San Joaquin, Union Oil, Texaco, Shell, Chevron, Mobil, Exxon, Citgo, Cato, Phillips, Conoco and more. Mr. Agardy served with Burroughs Corporation in Arizona, prior to the Sperry takeover, with a focus on Mining [Newmont-Asarco] and medical [WL Gore], and integrated shop floor control applications at microchip manufacturers. Prior to this, He worked at Honeywell in Detroit serving Fortune 100 companies in process controls, closed loop applications for mining, pharmaceutical, food processing, automotive, refining, glass, paint, and chemical processing. He also worked with power plants, automotive plants, food processing, and machine tool client bases in industrial settings during his tenure with Eaton Cutler Hammer. Mr. Agardy began his industrial career in Plant Engineering with General Motors in Detroit.
DAN LEBOFFE, CFO - Mr. Leboffe has developed a "Swiss Army Knife" background in business over the past thirty-five years. His experience includes audit/tax work with (then) Price Waterhouse, over ten years of marketing/sales experience with various Fortune 1000 consumer packaged goods companies and overseeing training for publicly traded real estate company, ZipRealty. His entrepreneurial ventures include a construction accounting software reseller, high-performance boat manufacturer - Spectre Boats, and real estate development. Mr. Leboffe has done coaching and consulting work for small businesses and individuals and has operated as a real estate agent/mentor for Coldwell Banker. In addition to his for-profit work, He was a founding member of nonprofits Volunteer Ventures, Camp Hakuna Matata (family camp for those infected/affected by HIV/AIDS) and the Northeast Phoenix branch of the Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Leboffe currently serves as Treasurer for Everybody Matters, a nonprofit that teaches coping skills to emotionally vulnerable youths in the public-school system. Mr. Leboffe was a CPA and holds an MBA from Wharton with a concentration in finance and marketing.
BRUCE MOORE - Mr. Moore is currently a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems Corp, where he has been an employee since 1999.  Prior to his time at Raytheon, He served as Senior Mechanical Engineer at New Focus, Inc., and a Staff Engineer at the Optical Sciences Center at the University of Arizona. His expertise resides in mechanical design and analysis, solid modeling, finite element analysis, optics and optical elements, dimensional systems, and electrical devices (including motors and position sensing devices).  Mr. Moore received his BSME, from the University of Arizona and participated in the development of a U.S. Patent awarded in November 1999 regarding External Cavity Laser Pivot Design.
MARILYNN M SCHMUKI, PE - Ms. Schmuki has 40 years of experience as a licensed Professional Engineer, serving in several roles, including Senior Project Engineer, Construction Projection Manager, Area Engineer, Project Engineer, Office Engineer and Field Inspector.  Currently, she is Senior Project Engineer for JBS Engineering Technical Services, Inc. Her responsibilities have included constructability reviews, coordinating communications to expedite resolutions to problems with various stake holders including various utility companies, verifying contractors' performance to established specifications and procedures, preparing and reviewing construction estimates and schedules. Ms. Schmuki received her B.S., and Mining Engineering degrees at the University of Utah in 1979. Additional Studies:  Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE) and Module I Value Engineering Workshop.
